I reserved 4 rooms for our kids and grandchildren—3 rooms with double queen beds and one with a king bed. The queen rooms were fine but the king room was better, with more space, more seating, better lighting, a great large shower, and more places to charge devices. The staff was especially accommodating when we needed to add an extra room on the same floor as the queen rooms. Location near the airport was perfect and easy to get to and from other Calgary attractions. Breakfast was varied, fresh fruit was appreciated, and the kids especially liked the waffle machines. The restaurant for supper had great choices and excellent service. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

All the details were perfect—very comfortable quiet room, good lighting for reading, connecting door with family beside us, hvac that worked easily and well; bathroom had excellent shower with grab bar, large vanity with room for our toiletries, lots of fluffy towels; excellent breakfast with lots of choices, free parking, very easy location for airport, and even reasonable prices.

Our room suite was spacious and immaculately clean. King bed was wonderfully comfortable with fresh linens making it even more comfy. Deluxe bathroom. We asked for a room with a view and were given one on 8th floor with lovely panoramic views over the airport. We asked for a microwave in our room and were quickly provided with one. Breakfast next morning was very enjoyable with a wide range of foods and beverages offered. We also enjoyed the hot chocolate offered upon first arrival coming in from the freezing cold. Hotel main lobby looked welcoming with a festive Christmas tree. We liked the decor throughout the hotel and the cleanliness in all areas. Staff we met were all very helpful and friendly. Management clearly cares about providing tip-top quality service to customers, making it a very pleasant stay.

Great location by the airport. Free shuttle service to terminals, car rental, bus stop for Banff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Plush bedding. Fast check in and out. Breakfast was adequate - included warm items like eggs/omelette and one meat protein; also cereal, waffle, coffee, juice -- breakfast starts at 6 am which is great for those with early flights. Overall, a pleasant stay for one-night stopovers.

The hotel offers free transportation (rides) from airport and to airport destinations. I think this is a very attentive, such a plus service. Overall hotel staffs are attentive.

Special shout out to Kate in Housekeeping and Wendy their supervisor. My husband left his insulin in the refrigerator. Kate immediately put it safely into a refrigerator and they held it for us to return. Staff was very very nice and helpful. BTW for any American that finds himself in this situation, you can purchase Insulin in Canada Over the Counter!

The hotel is very convenient for layovers, being close to the airport and having a complimentary shuttle service. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast provided is very good and available from an early hour. The staff are friendly and helpful - and they give you a cookie on arrival!

Location is really convenient when you are looking to be near to the airport, we spend one night here before our flight to get home after an incredible vacations. They have a shuttle service to the airport which is great. Make sure you book this services while doing your check in. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel was packed in the morning and they storage our luggage for a few hours before the check in.

Very friendly and welcoming Hilton team. The lady in the breakfast area was very patient and helpful, would be better to have two people. The rooms and beds are comfortable and spacious.
